    3 DAY DIET
    Day 1

    Breakfast

    2 Bacon and Sausage McMuffins
    1 Cup black coffee

    Lunch

    1 boiled egg 1 slice toast (no butter) water to drink

    Dinner

    2 Big Mac’s (no fries) Large chocolate milkshake

    Day 2

    Breakfast

    1 Bacon 1 Sausage McMuffin
    1 Cup black coffee

    Lunch

    2 Boiled eggs (No Toast) water to drink

    Dinner

    2 Quarter pounders with cheese Large vanilla milkshake

    Day 3

    Breakfast

    Full McDonalds breakfast with 2 hash browns
    1 Cup black coffee

    Lunch

    3 Boiled eggs (no butter) water to drink

    Dinner

    2 McChicken sandwiches (no fries) Large strawberry milkshake
    (The only alcohol permitted is Guinness which will act as an iron substitute)
