Day 1&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;2 Bacon and Sausage McMuffins&lt;br&gt;
1 Cup black coffee&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Lunch&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;1 boiled egg 1 slice toast (no butter) water to drink&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Dinner&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;2 Big Mac’s (no fries) Large chocolate milkshake&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Day 2&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;1 Bacon 1 Sausage McMuffin&lt;br&gt;
1 Cup black coffee&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Lunch&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;2 Boiled eggs (No Toast) water to drink&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Dinner&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;2 Quarter pounders with cheese Large vanilla milkshake&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Day 3&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Breakfast&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Full McDonalds breakfast with 2 hash browns&lt;br&gt;
1 Cup black coffee&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Lunch&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;3 Boiled eggs (no butter) water to drink&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Dinner&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;2 McChicken sandwiches (no fries) Large strawberry milkshake&lt;br&gt;
(The only alcohol permitted is Guinness which will act as an iron substitute) &lt;/p&gt;
